Farbabweichungen bei Betonpflastersteinen
Betonpflastersteine werden aus den Naturprodukten Kies (oder Edelsplitten), Sand, Zement und Wasser hergestellt, die farblich natürlichen Schwankungen unterworfen sind. Ein hellerer Sand oder ein dunklerer Zement können unter Umständen Farbabweichungen bewirken, die produktionsbedingt sind und den natürlichen Charakter von Pflastersteinen unterstreichen. Diese Farbabweichungen stellen keinen Qualitätsmangel dar. Wir empfehlen, bei der Verlegung der Pflastersteine die Steine von mehreren Paletten gleichzeitig zu verlegen um ein ausgewogenes Farbbild zu erreichen. Bei den nuancierten Farbtönen ist es fertigungsbedingt nicht möglich, in jedem einzelnen Stein eine Nuancierung darzustellen. Es kommt daher auch vor, dass Steine – z.B. bei der Farbe muschelkalk-nuanciert – nur oder fast nur z.B. die helle Betonmischung enthalten. Es ist deshalb unumgänglich, bei den nuancierten Farbtönen die Verlegung der Steine aus mehreren Paletten / Lagen gleichzeitig vorzunehmen, denn nur hierdurch wird ein homogenes und ausgewogenes Farbenspiel in der Fläche erreicht. Zudem gleichen sich Farbunterschiede im Laufe der Zeit durch natürliche Verwitterung aus. Durch unterschiedliche Witterungseinflüsse können im laufe der Zeit bei verlegten Flächen Farbveränderungen auftreten, diese stellen jedoch keinen Qualitätsmangel dar.
